The Spanish American struggle, described by Theodore Roosevelt as a Splendid little struggle was one of the low conflicts that was fought on a global scale, in fact the struggle mingled with Spain and its affiliate against The United States of America took place in Cuba, the Philippines, Guam and Puerto Rico.
